Your 12‑week personalised programme includes:
1 × 70‑minute initial consultation
A full assessment including your medical history, test results, symptoms, usual food intake, lifestyle, and goals — plus your first personalised steps.
3 × 45‑minute follow‑up sessions
To review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, refine your plan, and build the next steps so you keep moving forward with confidence.
Personalised summaries after each session
Clear, practical guidance so you always know exactly what to focus on next.
Practical tools & resources as needed
Meal ideas, planning support, portion guidance, eating‑out strategies, label‑reading tips, and other tailored resources.
Ongoing support between sessions
Weekly check‑ins (email or up to a 15‑minute call) for accountability, reassurance, and adjustments when you need them.

You’ll complete a short questionnaire (and possibly a food / symptom diary).
