My background in nutrition and dietetics means I take into account what your body needs, including any individual dietary requirements. At the same time, my work as a health coach and NLP practitioner helps you work through the habits, behaviours, and thought patterns that often get in the way.

4 × 30-minute coaching sessions
To review progress, overcome obstacles, and keep you moving forward
Weekly check-ins between sessions
Via email for accountability, support, and troubleshooting
Personalised coaching and tools, including: Behaviour change strategies, Habit-building techniques, Tools & guidance on how to overcome setbacks
