      A deep dive into your goals, lifestyle, habits, and challenges - with a personalised strategy tailored to you, taking into account any dietary requirements and health conditions
    • 1 × 45-minute follow-up
      To assess progress and refine your approach
    • 3 × 30-minute follow-ups
      To review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and build habits that stick
    • Personalised summaries after each session
      So you always know your next steps
    • Practical tools & resources as appropriate, such as:

             Balancing meal guidance, Meal & snack ideas, Meal planning 

             support, Portion guidance, Strategies for eating out, travel, and
