I'm Claudia Ehrlicher, a German born chef turned dedicated Dietitian and Health Coach. I have a passion for food, teaching and motivating people to lead a healthy life. It is vital that my clients' individual needs and circumstances are taken into account. My years of experience in helping people with the challenges confronted when changing lifestyle and eating behaviour is combined with tailored nutritional advice, practical cooking and everyday tips and tricks for each of my clients lifestyle. I have more than two decades of practical experience in the field of dietetics for adults, providing expert nutrition and dietetic advice for a wide range of areas, while specialising in gut and heart health and weight management.
After graduating in 2001 as a certified Dietitian from Marienhospital in Stuttgart (Germany) I was so excited to start my dietetic career in the prestigeous leading Swiss private clinic the 'Klinik Schloss Mammern'.
During my 10 years in this busy clinic I started as a Dietitian, then became the Head of Department of Nutrition & Dietetics.
The experience I gained was very valuable in all areas of nutrition and dietetics giving me the confidence to start my own private dietetic practice after relocating to London in 2010 with clinics offered in three different locations across London: Bounds Green, Harley Street and Crouch End.
However, with the start of the pandemic in 2020, I moved my practice mostly online and it has turned out to be a wise decision. Instead of only working with clients in the London area, I am now able to serve clients all over the UK. Face-to-face appointments or home visits are also available in the Eastbourne / East Sussex area.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and also hold memberships with the British Dietetic Association, the Freelance Dietitians Group and with Coeliac UK. I warmly welcome self-referrals as well as private referrals from your GP. My expertise has been requested for contributions to popular TV shows, blogs and magazines. Staying up to date with latest developments in Dietetics means to offer my clients the latest evidence-based knowledge.
