My fees reflect over 25 years of experience and ongoing training in the field, along with the time, care, and preparation that goes into each session beyond the hour we spend together. When you work with me, you’re not just booking a session—you’re receiving personalised support grounded in evidence-based practice, offered in a safe, non-judgemental space where your individual story truly matters. Each session is thoughtfully prepared to meet your needs and goals, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Once you have booked and confirmed your first session / initial consultation I will send you a questionnaire which you would be kindly asked to complete and return at least 2 days before your appointment. This enables me to get a good picture of your situation and to consider how I can best help you to achieve your goals. It also ensures you get more value from our session time as much of the analysis is carried out in advance. You might also be required to keep a food (+ symptom) diary before your first consultation.

If you book and pay for 4 consultations in advance I will apply a 10% discount to the total. Terms & Conditions apply.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full session price if you cancel with less than 24 hours.
I except Aviva, Cigna and WPA.
I am unable to accept AXA, Vitality and BUPA at this time.
Please check with me and your insurance company as to what your policy covers you for and obtain an authorisation number prior to the consultation.
Bank transfer prior to the session.
For face-to-face appointments I also accept cash or cheque payment on the day.
